Some manufacturers use steel plates of inappropriate thickness to save costs, causing severe deformation of the countertops after customers use them for a while.
- To install the power system, the traction equipment interface must be done well. Based on our experience, The failure of the interface between the traction power and the load-bearing platform may create some problems.
- Guide rail chain elevators generally need to design pits. We need to finish a pit according to the construction site. At the same time, the production of the equipment should strictly follow the size of the pit.
- Problems with the oil cylinder and power unit system. Excessive power or too little power will cause various problems in the lifting equipment.
The safety performance of vertical commercial cargo lifts
The cargo elevator has the safety device of the traditional commercial elevator and adds additional configuration.
Overflow valve: it can keep system pressure at a lower point during upward movement
Emergency manual valve: in case of power failure, it can make the lift car descend to the very close floor position
Manual pump: when the cargo lift system fails, the manual pump can be operating to pump out high-pressure oil to raise the lift car to a very close floor position;
Oil temperature protection of the oil tank: When the oil tank’s oil temperature exceeds the standard set value, the oil temperature protection device generates a signal and suspends the use of the elevator. When the oil temperature drops, the elevator can be running.
